The 2011 Pumpkin Festival Theme was submitted by Hanna Diehl, a fourth grader at North Elementary School. Honorable Mentions went to Sarah Klump and Blake Novinski for their entries.

The theme is chosen from those submitted by the students from Sycamore in grades 1 through 7. The Theme Committee narrows down to 3 finalists from each participating school. The winning theme is chosen by the Pumpkin Festival Board.
